At Auvea, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process to ensure your experience with us remains smooth and enjoyable.
Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Items that are damaged due to customer mishandling are not eligible for returns.
How to Initiate a Return:

Contact our support team at auveastudios@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

We will provide a return authorization and instructions on where to send your item.

Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.
Refunds
Once your return is approved and received:

A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

If your refund is delayed, check with your bank or payment provider before reaching out to us.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at auveastudios@gmail.com
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at auveastudios@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.
